Sahar Mahmoudi was born in 1370. He started his artistic activity in 1389, acting in a theater, and after that he received a painting degree from Semnan University of Arts, writing short screenplays and producing them, and participating in numerous short film festivals in all over the world and established his interests in the field of art.
Since 1401, Sahar Mahmoudi has been teaching cinema and theater students as a lecturer at Tehran University, Markaz and Karaj University. He is still teaching at prestigious cinema schools.
In the field of research and writing, he has written and published several books in the field of cinema and theater and produced short films in the world.
The Golden Eye Az company, under the management of Sahar Mahmoudi, is with the students from the writing to the production of short and long films and documentaries and finally broadcasting to prestigious festivals.
